In this video, I explain what I do when I have the onset of a cold.
The recipe for my cold fighting tea is:
1/2 inch strips of ginger root boiled out for 15 to 30 minutes
half a lemon juiced
1 garlic clove, crushed
dash of cayenne
If you have the herbs, steep the neem in the boiled out ginger water for 30 minutes. Still add all the other aforementioned items for an aggressive strategy against the cold. White Willow Bark is good for pain, like headaches or just general body pain due to the flu. Marshmallow Root is good to fight the cough and get rid of mucus.
