- Durian – Awesome filling tasty fruit. It is sweet and savory at the same time. We can only get the frozen durian here in Chicago since it is native to Southeast Asia. You just let it sit out for at least 24 hours to fully thaw out. It may smell like it is going bad. Don’t be alarmed. That is the natural aroma of the durian. Disregard the smell because the taste is nothing like the smell and the health benefits are a mile long.

For those of you interested in gaining muscle and bodybuilding, there are tons of examples of people doing that the vegan way. My favorites are Torre Washington and Koya Webb. So many to look to for inspiration. No need to worry about protein and not gaining muscle because you choose to not eat animals and dairy which lead to degenerative diseases.
