If you don’t like a particular exercise, make it fun and turn it into something you do like or do something else you enjoy. For example, if it is HIIT on the plan that day and you don’t like HIIT too much but you love to dance, incorporate dancing into the exercise so in between moves, you are dancing and during movement you don’t like, you are dancing. This will give you a great workout and release dopamine (the feel good hormone) so you actually enjoy the workout and look forward to the next one.
