Enjoy a complimentary meal on the 24th and 25th of March, leading up to the grand opening of Sweetgreen Hyde Park Village on the 28th of March.
Sweetgreen aims to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food. We make satisfying, made-from-scratch bowls, plates, and sides with locally sourced ingredients that fill you up and keep you going.
For every meal sold on opening day, we will donate to Feeding Tampa Bay to nourish families in Hillsborough County experiencing food insecurity.

Vegan Food Festival / Apopka Health & Fitness Festival (10 North Forest Avenue, Apopka, FL 32703)
The City of Apopka welcomes you to help promote the importance of health and fitness. There will be Health screenings, informative lectures, exercise and safety demos, refreshments & prize drawings.
Come and see and enjoy vegan food from over 100 vegan vendors.

Enjoy a free nature walk around Lake Lorna Doone, where you can learn about the park’s ecology.
Attendees will be invited to use one of the Naturalist backpacks generously donated by the Arnold & Winnie Palmer Foundation. Use the binoculars to find a family of birds or the Native plant guide to learn about a species in your backyard.

Upon arriving at the Club, you will be signed up for the challenge and be free to MOVE about the Fitness Floor to start collecting points.
Help LNPC earn the most MOVE points to receive donated equipment from Technogym to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida.

Low Back Pain Release and Relief (6775 Chopra Ter, Orlando, FL 32827)
Learn and introduce yourself to myofascial release, active stretching, banded mobility, nerve flossing, and muscle strengthening techniques specifically found to reduce low back pain.
An individual should be free of any pre-existing conditions that contraindicate myofascial release.
