Lunch: Raspberry Refresh

Snack: 5 pears

Dinner: 1/2 lb of Salad with Ranch Dressing

Wednesday

Breakfast: Chia Porridge

Lunch: Raspberry Lift Smoothie

Snack: 8 peaches

Dinner: Dijon Dressing over zucchini noodles (use 1 large zucchini and spiralize it in a spiralizer or use a vegetable peeler)

Day’s Workout: I love doing yoga with my girl Candice Wu. Her yoga classes are the most relaxing and life changing for me. She utilizes aromatherapy and touch to help you get the most out of your poses. She taught me how to breathe. I use the practice regularly and it is an outer body experience for me. I can feel my pineal gland opening. It is awesome. Check out her yoga classes here.

Breakfast: Banana Mango Pudding

Lunch: Raspberry Comfort Smoothie

Snack: Macamango

Dinner: 1/2 lb of Salad with Thousand Island Dressing

Day’s Workout: Zumba at Flirty Girl Fitness
