In the movie, A Wrinkle In Time, Meg (the main character) says “I deserve to be loved.” It was a very powerful tear jerking part of the film. Oprah, who is also in the film, says many times people suffer in direct proportion to them believing they don’t deserve to be loved. Wow! What powerful words.
How do you show yourself love?
I show myself love through self-care and part of my self-care practice is eating well and making life easy for me.
