On these shopping lists, I do not specify raw and organic. This is what I am using however and I truly encourage you to do the same to get the benefits of raw fruits and vegetables and not adulterate your body with chemicals found in conventional produce. Certain items do not necessarily need to be organic, like items with a thick skin. However, veggies should always be organic.
I know it is costly now but it is a lot less to invest in your health now than pay huge medical bills later on down the line. I have spoken to some women who have gone through chemo for cancer and their medical bills are like upwards of $25,000, which is crazy to me. So, for me, I much rather spend money on this delicious raw organic goodness than be sick and pay out my entire life savings.

Sometimes I like to steep my teas from EHC, let it cool, and use it as a base to my smoothies instead of just plain water. In between smoothies, I keep it in the fridge. I currently use Brain Power, Circulation, and Vision Balance. If you choose to do this, you can use any type of tea you want. These teas I use are the ones I need the most. The teas are most beneficial when you consume them 3 times a day and I drink smoothies almost that often so it is very convenient for me.
