If you’re looking for a fun workout to motivate you to move again, I invite you to workout with me and my friend and fellow health coach, Mishra. Her class, Pound, is one of the most fun and unique classes I have ever been to. You basically rock out and dance for an hour. Below are some pictures of me having fun in class. We work the entire body.

After my first class, my thighs were sore for about 3 or 4 days. We do lots of squats. You’ve been forewarned. The music is awesome and the drum sticks are just fun. Everyone is super nice and Mishra is such an awesome, loving spirit. She started teaching Pound to integrate a more community feel with her coaching clients and I definitely feel that community love in class with the regular Pound rockstars.
