Organic cherries are back on the scene here in Chicago. I am so excited I could scream. I love cherries. They are still a little high in price right now but I have to have them because they are just too good and good for you. Cherries regulate fat and glucose levels, which reduces risk factors for high cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes.
Also, normally I would avoid nutritional yeast but I saw a raw recipe for chili cheese fries that I had to try. I love fries and love the spices in this recipe.
Leave a comment below this week’s plan and let me know what fruits you are dying to get your hands on.
Happy blending,
Sam

Day’s Workout: I love doing yoga with my girl Candice Wu. Her yoga classes are the most relaxing and life changing for me. I can feel my pineal gland opening. It is awesome. Check out her yoga classes here.
