Breakfast: 5 Nectarines and 1 banana
Lunch: 2 cups sweet cherries and 3 bananas
Snack: Kale Krunch – Quite Cheezy
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing (1 cup) on a 1/2 a lb of mixed greens
Wednesday
Breakfast: 2 cups Rainier cherries and 3 bananas
Lunch: 4 bananas and 3 plums
Snack: 3 cups of grapes and 3 bananas
Dinner: Zucchini “Noodles” with Sesame-Peanut Sauce
Day’s Workout: I love doing yoga with my girl Candice Wu. Her yoga classes are the most relaxing and life changing for me. She utilizes aromatherapy and touch to help you get the most out of your poses. She taught me how to breathe. I use the practice regularly and it is an outer body experience for me. I can feel my pineal gland opening. It is awesome. Check out her yoga classes here.

Lunch: 2 cups of grapes and 3 bananas
Snack: 2 cups of red sweet cherries and 2 bananas
Dinner: Kale Salad with Simple Sweet Tahini Dressing
Day’s Workout: Zumba at Flirty Girl Fitness
