I’ve been diffusing lavender, tea tree, and eucalyptus essential oils a lot around this time of year (Winter Solstice). As I bring in the New Year, I’m clearing out the old energy of 2015 to welcome new vibrant energy of 2016. This includes clearing clutter in my room, office space, and my desktop. I also spend time meditating before sunrise on all the things I want to manifest in 2016 in all aspects of life:

Fulfillment in all of these areas are scientifically proven to bring about healing and optimal well-being. Through meditation, I have come up with goals in each area for the new year. It’s a fun exercise and if you post it somewhere visible throughout the year, each day you can refer to it to make sure you are staying on track to reach your goals for the year. Each year I do this, I experience the power of this practice. Each year, I’m successful in realizing my goals.
