Poor digestion can manifest in different ways, like excessive gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux and fatigue. Proper food combining can alleviate these symptoms.
On this episode of the RawFood Health Empowerment Podcast, we talk about food combining and how to do it properly. I have to make a clarification about something I said on the episode. I said have fruit for breakfast only but this is only if you’re eating cooked food. The main point is to not do fruit after cooked food. Cooked food takes longer to digest so eating fruit after cooked food will create gas. If you are 100% raw throughout the day, you will not have this issue.
