I stand in the shower so all the dead skin can just fall there but I keep my body and the gloves dry (so no soap and no water). I rub my hands on my body in a circular motion moving them towards the heart. So for example, while doing your legs you are moving upward towards your heart. When doing your chest, you are moving down towards the heart. Then, I shower as normal and wash all of it off.
Please note that this technique should not be agitating to the skin. If it is too painful in a specific area, stay away from that area until it feels more comfortable.
