In The Thyroid Connection: Why You Feel Tired, Brain-Fogged, and Overweight — and How to Get Your Life Back by Dr Amy Myers, Myers mentions some herbs that are good for thyroid health: Motherwort, Lemon Balm and Bugleweed.
Dr Amy’s book is interesting but I am not recommending it since Dr Amy has in her plan for folks to eat breakfast sausages, which are known carcinogens.
