Garden Installation at Memorial Middle School by IDEAS for Us.
Join IDEAS For Us in creating a garden for Memorial Middle School. The garden will serve as a fresh food source for students and provide the opportunity to educate the next generation of sustainable farmers.
One can volunteer with our Edible Landscapes team and learn how to create a garden while giving back to your community;
What to wear: worn clothes
What to bring: Plenty of drinking water.

Sunrise and Sunset Sound Baths (Gypsy Vibe 318 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach)
Each meditation is a unique experience with a specific intention to guide and lead you on a relaxed, embracing, soothing, insightful journey. At the same time, healing your mind, body, and soul, and restructuring your cells and auric body.

2 in 1 Workshop! Macramé & Succulents (1300 South Denning Drive)
Lessons from making your soil mix, best tips, tricks, and care for your succulents and cacti will be taught. This is a 2-hour workshop; one will learn how a macramé plant hanger is created using recycled fiber by the instructor and owner of Just Knots and Knots. One will also learn how to create a beautiful succulent cactus arrangement in a hand-made pot made by the instructor and owner of Juno Studio.
There will be a knot guide included in every workshop so that one can explore more macramé creations of your own.
Please bring gardening gloves for the arrangement class. All other materials for both projects will be provided.
Light refreshments will be provided.
A full refund may be issued if notification is 72 hours before class.

Join us as Anthony Profeta, Meditation Teacher, uses the sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Bowls to create an environment that will wash away your stress and fill you with inner peace and joy! This experience is sure to leave your body/mind/spirit feeling renewed and rejuvenated. And if you have never experienced a bowl meditation, this is sure to be an event you will not want to miss.

Sound Bath (2206 NE 8th Rd, Ocala Fl)
A sound bath is an ancient sound-healing practice whereby the practitioner leads the clients into a relaxed, reclining position – often supported in savasana (corpse pose) – and allows the healing sounds of instruments to bathe the client for 60 minutes. The sound is typically generated by such instruments and methods as singing bowls, gongs, drumming, tuning forks, and chanting.
What to bring: mat, pillows, blankets, eye pillows.
Doors open at 12:45 pm. The door will be locked 1 minute before the start time.
Registration is required. Pre-registration includes a pre-payment of $20per person & up to 5 guests per person. Time is 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. March 13th
Sunset Yoga in the Park(1707 Northeast Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach)
A 60-minute outdoor yoga class for beginner and intermediate levels.
What to bring: a yoga mat and a filled water bottle.
Participants will be required to wear a mask when not on their mat.
After registering, please fill out the waiver. The event cost is $7. Time is 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM. March 13th.
