Big & Little Chef series classes are designed for guardians/parents, older siblings, etc. They will work together to create delicious recipes for adults and kids alike. Little Chef age range: 5–12 years old. Big Chef must be 18 or older.

A practice based on the ancient Egyptian philosophy of yoga. It is a practice that brings us back to the source and foundation of yoga, and coming back to the start of yoga means coming back to the head of our divine selves. Through meditation and breathwork, we will understand the importance of breathing and its benefits from an ancient Egyptian perspective.
