This playlist will get you so hyped to workout and to power through the tough spots of your workout that you wont want the session to end. But please do pace yourself. Keep the enjoyment in your exercise routine by not burning yourself out.

P.S. There is explicit language so please no young ears around while it is playing. In any case, you will not be disappointed. The workouts will be the best part of your week with this playlist. Feel free to do some karaoke while working out. I do and I feel it really works my abs and increases the cardio aspect of the circuit training. This is one of the benefits to working out at home. I do not recommend doing karaoke in the gym.
