Breakfast: 10 grapefruits
Lunch: 8 fresh peaches
Snack: Blueberry Kiwi Tart. This will last as a snack the entire week.
Dinner: Kale Caesar Salad – This recipe includes chickpeas. I am leaving the chickpeas out since it would take me a long time to sprout them. I tend to not do beans raw but feel free to sprout them if you want. Here is some info on how it is done if you are interested.

Lunch: Kale and Pear Spinach
Snack: Blueberry Kiwi Tart
Dinner: Beet Salad
