The event will comprise a discussion of the importance of:
- Understanding what you eat.
- What eating smart means.
- Exercise and how it affects our overall well-being
There will also be a discussion on body image and how students feel about their self-image.

“I Love Me!” Women’s Health & Wellness Summit is working to foster the conversation about women’s health, well-being, prosperity, and opportunities that can drive their career and personal pursuits to a higher level. Hear prominent speakers and specialists about topics ranging from hormones, chronic diseases, and nutrition to image, confidence, executive presence, and family law.

Make-n-Take: Cork Mounted Hoyas (2153 U.S. 1, Rockledge, FL 32955)
Learn how to make your cork-mounted hoya display. All materials will be included for this project, including hands-on instruction. Additionally, Leslie will share her expert tips for caring for your low-maintenance hoya creations. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.

Learn all the latest techniques in backyard gardening from our professional Fleet Farmer, then try it out for yourself on one of our farms or “living classrooms.”

There will be a specially curated selection of houseplants grown by one of our local growers, Rhodes Roots, for sale. Our greenhouse team member, Allison, and grower, Seth from Rhodes Roots, will be around for houseplant care questions and advice.

Monthly Plant Swap At The Cube (103 E Dakin Avenue Unit B, Kissimmee, FL 34741)
Bring the plants you’d like to swap with others. There will be a table to place them provided. Also available during the swap is access to The Sisters Mystical Cube on a closed to the public day for Plant Family access only.
Reiki sessions, tarot reading, pendulum readings, and walk-in mini massages will also be available for individual pricing.

Ayurvedic Color Therapy (6775 Chopra Terrace, Orlando, FL 32827)
Each rainbow color has different properties that can affect our moods and health. Color therapy, also known as “Surya Chikitsa,” is the science of natural healing through the use of color. In this workshop, you will learn how the principles of Ayurveda and color therapy can be used to support your unique constitution in balancing the mind and body.
