While gastrectomy and gastric bypass does improve type 2 diabetes, this is not a long term solution nor a safe solution for most people. Type 2 diabetes does not need improvement. It needs reversal. A whole foods vegan diet can do that for you. If you’re just getting started, an easy way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your day is via snacks.

- Noatmeal
