I said on this episode that I don’t know why black women need 6 figures to be happy (I remember reading it in this report (see the top of page 12)) but to be honest this should be the goal for everyone. I cannot say it’s not stressful but this economy is vastly different than it used to be.
Money is the reason health conscious folks don’t eat in a way they consider optimal.
The raw vegan diet is not cheap for many people. To eat in a way that is satisfying and not time consuming takes money. You need money to save, invest and take care of yourself and your family.
You need money to give. Today is #GivingTuesday and my inbox and social media is blowing up with requests for money. I also have my own fundraiser.
It doesn’t make sense to forgoe your health until you get to the 6 figure income goal. The solution is to stay balanced. Do the best you can with the funds you have by utilizing a budget and make sure that each ear you have an income goal and a plan in place to get to that income goal. Apparently, your mental health and overall health really needs this.
