We are eating lots of kiwi this week. Kiwis have many great benefits. They help with digestion due to an enzyme it has that works similar to bromelain in pineapples and papain in papayas. Kiwis are also great for managing blood pressure, it is high in potassium, helps to keep our electrolytes in balance and keep sodium levels low.
Kiwis are great for boosting immunity. They are high in vitamin C and full of antioxidants. They are low glycemic and high-fiber, so if you are diabetic this is a fruit you can gorge on.
Kiwi is great for removing toxins out of the intestinal tract and also helps to fight heart disease because it reduces blood clotting by 18% if eaten on a regular basis.
Kiwi is also really good for the eyes due to natural chemicals it contains that are also found in the human eye. Eating kiwis can decrease macular degeneration by 36%.
Leave a comment below this week’s plan on RawFoodMealPlanner.com and let me know all the various ways you like to enjoy your kiwis.

Day’s Workout: I love doing yoga with my girl Candice Wu. Her yoga classes are the most relaxing and life changing for me. She utilizes aromatherapy and touch to help you get the most out of your poses. She taught me how to breathe. I use the practice regularly and it is an outer body experience for me. I can feel my pineal gland opening. It is awesome. Check out her yoga classes here.
