This week I am so excited about the ginger smoothies! I love ginger. It is great for nausea, digestion, pain and inflammation. It’s awesome awesome awesome. It’s right there next to cayenne on the awesomeness scale.
Sunday
Breakfast: Pineapple Express
Ingredients:
1/2 fresh pineapple
3 bananas
4 medjool dates
1 teaspoon ginger powder
10 oz of water
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Lunch: Bittersweet
Ingredients:
3 bananas
4 dates
10 oz of water
6 oz of blackberries
Process all ingredients in a blender.
Dinner: Guacamole Wraps
Ingredients for guacamole:
4 avocados
½ green bell pepper
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp diced onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Put mixture on a romaine lettuce leaf and wrap it like a taco and enjoy. You will need 3.5 oz of romaine lettuce leaves for this meal.
Guacamole will last for two days. Save half for tomorrow in an airtight container
Snack: Carob Balls
This will last you 2 days
Monday

Ingredients:
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of water
4 medjool dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
5 frozen bananas
Process all ingredients in a blender.
Lunch: Green Queen Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 frozen chopped bananas
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 medjool dates
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing (1 cup) on 7 oz of romaine lettuce leaves
Snack: 6 oz of blackberries

Ingredients:
1 cup water
4 bananas
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
4 medjool dates
Process all ingredients in a blender.
Lunch: Savory Sweet Smoothie
Ingredients:
10 oz frozen organic peaches
10 oz frozen organic mangoes
3 bananas
2 handfuls of fresh baby arugula
Alkaline Water
Put everything in the blender. I pour the water in last and fill to the 16 oz line. This will make 48 oz.
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing (1 cup) on 7 oz of romaine lettuce leaves
Snack: 6 oz of blackberries
Friday

4 bananas
