Ingredients:
4 frozen chopped bananas
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
3 tsp carob powder
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of Himalayan salt
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Lunch: Banana Winter Smoothie
Ingredients:
5 frozen chopped bananas
4 medjool dates
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of Himalayan salt
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Dinner: Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing (1 cup) on a 1/2 a lb of mixed greens
Snack: Apple Pie
This will last you the entire week!
Monday
Breakfast: Persimmonana
Lunch: Banana King Smoothie
