Sunday
Breakfast: Banana Carob Smoothie v2
Ingredients:
4 frozen chopped bananas
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
3 tsp carob powder
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Lunch: Persimmon Nog
Dinner: Zucchini Ribbons with Raw Tomato Marinara
Snack: Trail Mix – Mix 1/4 cup of almonds and 3/4 cup of raisins
Monday
Breakfast: Banana Nog
Ingredients:
3 bananas
4 medjool dates, pits removed
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
½ tsp AllSpice
3 cups of water
Blend everything together and enjoy!
Lunch: Carob-Durian Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 pod of durian (remember to take seed out)
3 tsp carob powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup of water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients and then blend on high until creamy and thoroughly mixed.
Dinner: Raw Vegan Taco Nut ‘Meat’ over 2/3 lb of mixed greens
Snack: Trail Mix – Mix 1/4 cup of almonds and 3/4 cup of raisins
Tuesday
