Breakfast: Kale Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 tangerine
1 ripe pear, seeded
10 oz frozen mango
4 dates
1 cup kale
10 oz Brain Power Tea
Lunch: Green Queen Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 frozen chopped bananas
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 medjool dates
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Dinner: Tuna Salad Wraps (Tuna Salad in romaine lettuce leaves)
Snack: 5 pears
Monday

Directions
Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
Lunch: Keeping It Simple Smoothie (KISS)

Dinner: Sweet Chilli Noodles
Snack: 5 pears
Wednesday
