Some Whole Foods have fresh pressed orange juice to save you some time this week. Make sure it says that it has not been pasteurized on the label so you know it is fresh and you are truly getting raw juice. Same goes for lemon juice. I have not seen fresh in the stores so I juice my own lemons on my citrus press.
My other time saver is with the romaine lettuce leaves. I get the already triple washed 7 oz pack at Whole Foods, but they also have a cheaper one which needs to be washed before use. For the pears, I also plan to buy the case from Stanley’s since I will eat a lot this week. They are in season so there is a good deal on them right now. Taking advantage of that local produce!
