4 bananas
4 dates
10 oz of frozen mango chunks
10 oz of water
¼ tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
Lunch: Ginger and Spinach Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice / 3 oranges juiced
4 bananas
10 oz frozen mango chunks
1/3 english cucumber, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 handful fresh baby spinach
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender; purée on high speed until smooth.
Dinner: Raw Fettuccine Alfredo
Snack: 5 pears
Monday
Breakfast: Banana Nog
Ingredients:
3 bananas
4 medjool dates, pits removed
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
½ tsp AllSpice
3 cups of water
Blend everything together and enjoy!
Lunch: Kale Smoothie
Dinner: Raw Fettuccine Alfredo
Snack: 5 pears
Tuesday
Breakfast: Sunrise Smoothie
Ingredients:
4 bananas
4 dates
10 oz frozen mango chunks
12 oz water
½ tsp of ginger
¼ tsp of cinnamon
Blend and enjoy 🙂
