Breakfast: Pear & Spinach Green Smoothie
Lunch: The Green Monster
Ingredients:
4 frozen chopped bananas (sometimes I do half frozen and half not to help ease the load on my blender)
4 oz romaine lettuce leaves
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 medjool dates
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Dinner: Coconut Chik’n Curry with Rice
Snack: Blackberry Cheesecake Bars. This will last the entire week
Monday

Wednesday
Breakfast: Tropical Green Smoothie
Lunch: Banana Party
