Breakfast Savory Sweet Smoothie
Ingredients:
10 oz frozen organic peaches
10 oz frozen organic mangoes
3 bananas
2 handfuls of fresh baby arugula
Alkaline Water
Put everything in the blender. I pour the water in last and fill to the 16 oz line. This will make 48 oz.
Yes, I drink that much smoothie in the morning. It is filling and satisfying and digests really easily.

Dinner Seaweed Salad and Grapefruit Juice (fresh pressed)
Seaweed Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Romaine Leaves, 3 bunches
Avocadoes, 3 peeled and cubed
Laver Nori, 1 oz
Red Clover Sprouts, 4 oz
Hemp Oil
Himalayan Sea Salt, dash
Cayenne Pepper
Turmeric
Mix the romaine leaves, avocadoes, nori, and sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with some hemp oil and add a dash of Himalayan sea salt, cayenne, and turmeric.
Serves 2
Grapefruit Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
Grapefruits, 2 large
Cut 2 large grapefruits half way and juice them using a citrus press.
Serves 2
Snack Cashews (2 oz raw) and fresh pressed orange juice (16 oz)
