Hey green gods and goddesses! Are you as obsessed with juicing as we are? When I toss veggies and fruits into a juicer – BAM! – I get magical elixirs that make me feel as good as they taste.
If you’re part of the juice-loving community, we’ve got your next great hangout all planned. It’s juice party time! A fantastic way for you and your friends to try new recipes, celebrate healthy living, and stock up your personal juice stashes.
Follow these easy steps to host your very own juice party.
Make Festive Invites!
Spread the word about your party with pretty invitations!
If you go the handmade route, try DIY-ing it with your veggie cutoffs – like stamping juicy purple beet slices onto paper for some custom-dye action.
Another great option is earth-friendly e-vites. These sites give you free e-cards and support some green/cruelty-free causes:

Make sure to tell your friends to bring whatever fruits and veggies they like, or any favorite juice recipes to try! Then fill out your guest list.
Find Some Killer Recipes
You might already have some of your faves in mind! If you want to get creative, a little research goes a long way. I highly recommend the juices in the Juicing for Fat Loss Program. Or experiment with whatever you’ve got. Be sure to let us know if you make a delicious discovery!
Prep Your Kitchen
We all know juicing can be messy business. Make sure you have enough counter/table space to do any necessary chopping and that your sink is empty enough to do some serious produce-rinsing.
If you compost your inedibles, make sure you’re ready to handle all of your party’s peels and discarded knobbly bits.
And it might go without saying, but if you have any furry friends, be sure to keep an eye out for them throughout this process. Certain foods like avocadoes and cocoa powder would cause severe consequences if they ended up inside your pet.
Host Away!
You’d be surprised how much fun juicing can be. You get to do all the things you and your friends would usually do, all while getting creative and colorful! Take turns trying each other’s recipes and sharing tips! Spill all the juicy gossip! Make and drink delicious juice!
If your friends are especially adventurous, you can even play themed party games, including but not limited to Juice or Dare.
It’d also be prudent to have a festive playlist on in the background. Whether your crowd would prefer ambient jams or Juicy-J raps, any juice playlist without Bob Marley’s “Stir it Up” might be missing out.
Bottle and Save
Many ingredients + many recipes + many people + a night of juicing? That makes a heck of a lot of juice. The takeaway is the best part of a juice party!
Have some bottles, jars, coolers, or BPA-free tupperware ready to be filled and taken home by your guests. Make sure the containers are sealed tight so no further oxygen can get in. Over time, oxygen can deplete the nutrients.
Fresh juice is best kept in a dark, cool place with no direct sunlight. Your refrigerator is the perfect place. In the fridge, it will keep its nutritional value and last about two days. It’s not advised to drink it after 72 hours though.
If you want to store your new juices for the long haul, they’ll last 7-10 days in the freezer. Tell your guests to just thaw them in the fridge when they’re ready to drink them! The party lives on!
Now get to juicin’! And be sure to tell us about how smoothly your party goes down in the comments below!
