Ingredients:
8 oz spring mix greens
1/2 cup of sprouts
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
2 cucumbers sliced
2 Tbsps of parsley
Himalayan salt to taste
dash of cayenne
2 Tbsps of garlic powder
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Toss everything in a beautiful big bowl and enjoy.
