Dinner: Ranch dressing over 1/2 lb of mixed herb salad/salad greens
Day’s Workout: Restorative Yoga
Thursday

Day’s Workout: 30 minute run at 10 mph

Lunch: Green Comfort Smoothie
Snack: 1 lb of grapes
Dinner: Tomato Sauce over zucchini noodles (use 2 zucchinis and put them through a spiralizer or use a vegetable peeler)
Day’s Workout: 30 minute bike ride @ 15 mph
Saturday

Lunch: Mango Surprise Smoothie
Snack: 1 lb of grapes
Dinner: Tomato Sauce over zucchini noodles (use 2 zucchinis and put them through a spiralizer or use a vegetable peeler)
