I was watching a Dan McDonald video and he talked about how simple his diet was currently and how he is playing with it and having fun with it. It inspired me to make a very simple meal plan this week which I may do for a while. Variety is good to keep you interested in this diet but simple is really good too on the wallet. With less variety in ingredients, you can buy more in bulk and save.

Day’s Workout: I love doing yoga with my girl Candice Wu. Her yoga classes are the most relaxing and life changing for me. She utilizes aromatherapy and touch to help you get the most out of your poses. She taught me how to breathe. I use the practice regularly and it is an outer body experience for me.
