Ingredients
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 4
1 cup baby spinach
3 bananas
1 cup water
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground cardamom
Instructions
1.Put everything in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
