During a Music Medicine Sound Bath, one will experience the four elements of music: Rhythm (Medicine for the Body), Melody (Medicine for the Heart), Harmony (Medicine for the Soul), and Silence (Medicine for the Mind). When Body, Heart, Soul, and Mind are all attended to equally, it creates a rich, balanced experience.

The event features local vendors of produce, plants, and arts and crafts. The market is set in the beautiful, shady Central Park at Lake Mary City Hall.

This class is all about edible flowers, sprouts, and microgreens. Come, learn, taste, and look at the different types of edible flowers. Then make a wonderful salad with flowers, sprouts, and microgreens.
Julie, a plant-based nutritionist, herbalist, and shamanic practitioner, will guide you through this taste-testing event.
