Come behind the scenes and see how goats and other animals are cared for at Southern Bay Farm. Get a hands-on educational tour with one of our farmers or Volunteers on how a goat farm is run yearly. Go home with some goodies made right here, fresh on the farm!

Sunset SUP Yoga Group Class (410 Ollie Avenue Winter Park, FL 32789)

End your day in the beautiful surroundings of the Winter Park Chain of Lakes during our Sunset SUP Yoga Class. We will start with a leisurely paddle to warm up. Once we arrive at our destination, we will begin with a guided meditation on the sounds of nature. You will be guided through a gentle yoga flow while floating on water.

Bringing a marketplace into the historic African-American neighborhood of Hannibal Square will allow our community the opportunity to exchange goods and services while building a rapport with the other minority businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the Central Florida area. The word SOKO, which means “market” in Swahili, is not just a word; it’s a movement!.

Yoni Flow (1111 Northeast 25th Avenue #Unit 403, Ocala, FL 34470)

Join us for this unique women’s health experience. Due to the intimate nature of this event, space is minimal. This session will take us through a Yoga session geared toward strengthening the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor strength is essential to women’s health, including childbearing, sexual health and pleasure achievement, reproductive organ health, bladder control, posture, prolapse prevention/correction, etc.

After the yoga session, a womb attunement session will lead us to the womb center and connect us with our most sacred space, our Yoni.

Channeling Reiki and powerful vibrational medicine will guide you through a sound bath journey with frosted crystal singing bowls. 

Please bring your yoga mat or blanket to lay on, your eye pillow if desired, and whatever will make you feel most comfy! You are also welcome to bring any crystals if you’d like them to be charged with reiki.

Join us at Lee P. Moore Park as we continue our commitment to honor Imam Husayn (AS) by cleaning and maintaining the park.
