Tammy is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces for Black and other communities of color to engage in yoga. She started practicing yoga eight years ago (self-taught) during graduate school as a method of stress relief, which quickly grew into a passion. After years of urging from those who have followed her yoga journey online, Tammy decided to complete her yoga teacher certification in 2020 and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance.

Tampa Plant Swap (4206 North Nebraska Avenue Tampa, FL 33603)
Bring as many plants as you want. You will receive a ticket for each plant you bring, and you may swap for that same number of new plants to bring home!.
Please bring clean, pest-free plants. All types of legal plants are permitted. You name it: houseplants, cacti, succulents, garden plants, herbs, trees, flowering plants!
Plants should arrive in nursery pots or plastic pots. Cuttings should be rooted / in water or soil (so start your cuttings now!) All plants must be labeled with their plant ID.
