Cashew Milk

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 to 2 hours, then rinsed)
3 cups water
3 dates
2 tsps vanilla
a dash of Sea salt
2 tsps cinnamon
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Raisin Chia Seed Pudding
3 servings, 419 calories per serving
Ingredients:
2/3 cup chia seeds
2 cups cashew milk
1/4 cup raisins
Grade B Maple Syrup (optional)
Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl and stir. Leave covered in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Stir and add raisins. You can also add Grade B maple syrup if you need it sweeter or add different types of berries for variety.
