Catcher-specific drills and training that focus on:

- Catch/Release
This event is divided into two groups with prices as below;
Intro/Beginner Group:
LNPC Members pay $120 for six sessions
Non-LNPC Members pay $150 for 6
Sessions
Elite/High School Group:
LNPC Members pay $180 for six sessions
Non-LNPC Members pay $210 for six sessions
Time is 10 am for the beginner group and 11 am for the elite group.
Refine & Renew Workshop (6775 Chopra Terrace, Orlando, Florida 32827)
Learn how to cultivate gratitude while experiencing a wide range of heart-opening poses. The focus will include proper alignment, modifications, and how to enter and exit the poses easefully.
The event is free for MBZ members, $15 for LNPC members, and $30 for non-LNPC members. Time is 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
