Forest Bathing with Julie at Mead Botanical Garden (1300 South Denning Drive, Winter Park, FL 32789)
This is NOT a naked bath experience. People will be fully clothed.
Forest Bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of ‘shinrin yoku’. Shinrin means forest, and yoku means bath. It’s a process where we experience the forest (nature) through our senses. It’s also scientifically proven that the trees release a chemical called phytoncide.

Fall in Love with Yourself (1700 Forest Drive Inverness, FL 34453)
The workshop will begin with a cacao ceremony (optional) as a grounding and warming practice, followed by a warmup asana sequence. Once the mind and body are in the zone, explore Down Dog variations along with Bridge, Fish, and Whee in a fun and safe way!
In this workshop, students will learn how to safely advance to the pose(s) and the benefits of practicing the pose(s) on their health. Modifications of all the poses will be taught, and utmost care will be placed on the correct execution of the pose based on each student’s physical ability.
