This event is a recurring one every Thursday – Friday of every week until July 9th
A self-guided date night that you can go any time on any day. Each date night consists of a series of activities you are guided to complete. You only need your mobile device and an Internet connection to access your Digital Date Nite Box.
The DNB (Digital Date Nite Box) contains the following activities:
- Quality Time – Use the discount code towards food/snack to take on your hike and pick out the trail for your hike together.

Sacred Harmony: Sound & Aromatherapy (140 Southeast Plaza Road, Winter Haven, FL 33880)
There will be a couple of deep cleansing breaths and set an intention for your practice, a short meditation leading you into the sound bath. As part of the experience, various acoustic instruments and silence will be incorporated.
Please bring:
- A cushioned yoga mat
- A blanket and a bolster
Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states, do dress warmly and comfortably, or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.
Please make sure to drink plenty of water before and after the experience.

Come and enjoy the yoga dance. Dance yoga is a style of yoga that combines fluid movement with music in yoga practice. Yogis will perform asanas in rhythm with music that can be as simple as the beat of a drum, chant, or music.

Celebrating Black History Month at the Fourth Annual 1619Fest Orlando (1050 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789)
This year’s 1619 Festival theme is “Black History Month Health Check.
The celebration seeks to strengthen health literacy among racial and ethnic minorities and create cultural competency initiatives leading to more positive health outcomes in the Black community.
The Rebel Run Race will start at 7:30 am. After the race, enjoy light refreshments and a free cool-down yoga session sponsored by Ms. Moushaumi Robinson. After the cool down, stay and support “Black Owned Businesses.”

An immersion of sounds that tickle the mind and offer total body relaxation. This unique sound bath combines ancient healing instruments with experimental electronic and synth music.
Event attendees choose to either sit down to meditate or lay down with an eye mask on yoga mats as they are immersed in sound and vibration.

This is a combination vegan picnic with a kayak tour and trail hike. Attendees can choose to participate in whichever part they wish. This is a vegan picnic, not a potluck. Bring your vegan brown bag (BYOVBB).
Please bring the following:
- Bottles of water for the entire day for those who are staying. At least two 40-oz bottles
- A large-brimmed hat
- Long-sleeved shirt and pants to cover the skin or sunblock if you don’t
