It is time for spring cleaning. Time to detox our bodies, minds, and spirits. Time to make ourselves like new. This week try to give your mind a rest from social media, all screens, mobile devices, etc. as much as possible. Use that spare time to do breathing exercises and meditation instead. Breathing exercises is a form of detoxification in which we release stale air and bring in fresh air into as many areas of the body as possible. This will help keep our immune systems strong, relieve stress, bring about mental clarity, encourage emotional well-being, improve blood quality, and increase energy. Do this in the morning with your windows cracked to let fresh air in and start your day off with a clear level head.
