Art in Bloom 2022: A Festival of Fine Arts and Flowers (2416 North Mills Avenue, Orlando)
Presented by the Council of 101, this museum-wide event showcases a kaleidoscope of breathtaking fresh floral arrangements inspired by works from the Orlando Museum of Art’s permanent collection and current exhibitions. In addition, guests are invited to enjoy pop-up shops and curated antiques.
Items will be available for purchase, bidding, or special drawing online or in person.

Pollinator Planting and Garden Work Day (Rolling Hills Elementary School)
Join IDEAS For Us in planting native pollinator plants around the newly installed food garden at Rolling Hills Elementary School. Activities will include mulching the area, planting pollinators fruit trees, and other beautification to give these students a perfect garden.

IN Body Experience (5965 Red Bug Lake Rd).
Somatic mediation means the body in contrast to the mind or the psyche. This relaxing session will include a series of gentle stretches, including aromatherapy, followed by Somatic Meditation and sealed with live Ocean Drum. March 25th.

2nd Annual Vegan Food & Wine Festival (Kit Land Nelson Park, 10 North Forest Avenue).
Enjoy over 50 vegan food vendors, over 100 local vendors, live cooking demos on stage, and the health zone featuring FREE Yoga classes and more.
Treats, water, and doggy swag! Your furry friends are welcomed as well! So don’t forget to visit the doggy bar!

The best part is that you will smell various pure essential oils first-hand and learn their benefits, safety, and applications.

If you suffer from SI joint pain, join Kathy for this stabilizing yoga workshop focused on SI pain relief and pelvic stability, as she guides you through postures that keep the pelvis neutral and create stability in the lower spine and pelvis. a deeper look into what yoga
postures to avoid SI joint discomfort and what yoga postures help to bring relief will be discussed.

101 Reasons to go Vegan (Synergy Yoga Center).
The Animal Rights Foundation of Florida Presents: 101 Reasons to Go Vegan. This presentation will be done by James Wildman, who holds a Master’s Degree in Humane Education and has been giving presentations on veganism for over six years.

Growing Cut Flowers From Seed Workshop (2322 Edgewater Dr.)
Join Lyndsey Boekenkamp – College Park urban flower farmer, florist, and green thumb behind Secret Garden Guru – for a unique, hands-on seed-starting workshop! Participants will learn about the basics of seed sowing (including timing, materials, and care) and tips for harvesting and enjoying your flower bounty all season long.
Lyndsey is passionate about small-space gardening and believes that everyone can grow a garden with a bit of creativity.
Participants should bring a notebook, pen, and gloves.

Start your Sunday mornings out blissfully with a relaxing lakeside flow. Join us in the shade of the trees for a reasonable practice for all levels.
