Important notes regarding this list:
Any Asian grocery store should have frozen durian. If you live on the North side of Chicago, Broadway Market on Broadway off Lawrence Ave has it for sure. Also, if you want fresh coconut water already cracked out of the coconut and bottled for your convenience, come by Earth’s Healing Café. That’s what I plan on doing to save myself some time this week in food prep.
To save time on the orange juice, you can pick up already pressed orange juice from Whole Foods. Make sure it says it has not been pasteurized on the label so you know it is raw. I found a neat site that does my conversions called http://www.howmuchisin.com. It is cool because it tells you like how many lemons to juice to get 1 cup of lemon juice for example. You can try it for the orange juice if you would rather juice your own. If you need a citrus press, I highly recommend this one in my Amazon store.
Also, if you are new to RawFoodMealPlanner.com…
Sometimes I like to steep my teas from EHC, let it cool, and use it as a base to my smoothies instead of just plain water. In between smoothies, I keep it in the fridge. I currently use Brain Power, Circulation, and Vision Balance. If you choose to do this, you can use any type of tea you want. These teas I use are the ones I need the most. The teas are most beneficial when you consume them 3 times a day and I drink smoothies almost that often so it is very convenient for me.
