Breakfast: That Warm Ginger Feeling
Ingredients:
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of water
4 medjool dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
5 frozen bananas
Process all ingredients in a blender.
Lunch: Green Queen Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 frozen chopped bananas
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup water (add more if needed but not too much to dilute the flavor)
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 medjool dates
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Dinner: Raw Veggie Fajitas with Sour Kream
Snack: Walnut Carob Cookies
Monday
Breakfast: Sweet Dreams
Ingredients:
3 bananas
4 medjool dates
6 oz of frozen blackberries
1 cup of spinach
1 tsp ginger
10 oz of water
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:
Romaine hearts, 3 bunches
Avocados, 3 peeled and cubed
Kelp, 1/2 cup chopped
Red Clover Sprouts, 4 oz
Hemp Oil
Himalayan Sea Salt, dash
Cayenne Pepper
Turmeric
Mix the romaine leaves, avocados, kelp, and sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with some hemp oil and add a dash of Himalayan sea salt, cayenne, and turmeric.
Snack: Pecan Raisin Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
add after blending the bananas and vanilla: pecan pieces and raisins

Pomelos are a citrus fruit with really thick skin. There is a great deal on them at Stanley’s if you live on the North side. They are not organic but the skin is so thick it is ok.
