Toss in your favorite big salad bowl all of the following ingredients:
2 cups kale, cut into small pieces
10 sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cayenne
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 avocado, sliced
Toss in your bowl, then Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
Note: When I season/spice up my salad, I do not really measure the spices. I sprinkle generous amounts and just a little salt and a little cayenne. If you are not comfortable with that, use the amounts listed above until you get a taste for how much you want to add or decrease in your salad.
