Salad Ingredients:

2 cups dulse (soak for 20 minutes and drain first)
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon juiced
1 avocado
Directions: Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a blender and blend until you get a nice creamy consistency. Feel free to add a little cold pressed extra virgin olive oil if you need to loosen it up some. Finally, toss the salad in the dressing.
