Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. I can just nibble on them all day long. But, if you’re not quite there yet to mono-meal on fruits, here are some great smoothie recipes to start with.
1. Blueberry Flaxseed Smoothie
3. Blueberry Watermelon Smoothie
4. Blueberry Fig Smoothie
Blend the following ingredients:
4 figs
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup water or nut milk
1 cup kale or spinach
5. Blueberry Peach Smoothie
Blend the following ingredients:
3 peaches
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup kale or spinach
