2 stalks of celery
2 inches of ginger root
1 orange
1 zucchini
Juice 2

1 lemon/lime
1 orange
1 cucumber
1 celery
Juice 3
3 pears
1 beet
1 lemon
Juice 4
1 lime/lemon
1 inch ginger root
2 inches of turmeric root
1 beet
Juice of 1 coconut
1 orange
You can also add carrots, strawberries, and raspberries to these juices if you’d like.
